November 5 at 10:42 AMBest before - means highest quality of product, but isn't aligned to food safety standards. None of the 3 dates are particularly helpful. Best bet: be guided by the dates, but make sure you inspect your food - for good or bad smells and appearances. Not sure if these help when using medical or supplement products!
